Dunsborough Cycle Club

The Dunsborough Cycle Club is dedicated to both mountain biking and road riding.

A group of local cyclists and mountain bike riders teamed up with the Dunsborough & Districts Country Club back in April 2011 to develop a 10 km cross-country mountain bike trail network around the local 200 hectare golf course property. Built as an extension to the already long list of activities available at the Dunsborough & Districts Country Club, the Dunsborough MTB Skills Development Park provides a great opportunity for both novice and experienced riders to develop MTB skills and fitness. Consisting of 90% twisting single track and a few open fire access roads, the trails make great use of the natural terrain around the golf course property.

The Dunsborough Country Club has also developed the local cycling club for riders of all ages (seniors to school children), which is now more than 150 riding members and run many club activities and rides along the local trails, cycleways and roads. There are many major annual events now held on the trails at Dunsborough, including the finish of the “Cape to Cape MTB” race and the “X-Adventure” offroad triathlon.

Country club mountain bike rides are on Wednesday mornings 6:30am - 8:00am.
