Access to the building at night is via the back entrance (security will buzz you in). Parking is either behind or down the side of the building.

To attend the meeting via Skype, you will need to have added the Secretary (jodiestem) as a contact. It will NOT be a video call – sound only. To make the call work, please obey the same basic meeting etiquette:

• Only one person talking at a time – everyone will get a chance
• Stay on topic
• Listen to the Chairperson

In addition, for the best sound quality using Skype:

• Use a headset if you have one
• Mute your microphone if you are not speaking, especially if in a noisy room
• Try to limit other internet use in your house during the meeting
• Find a quiet spot – no background noise or distractions
